Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the most European and American countries, please check the shipping page.

For customers who are not in any of these countries but would like to purchase our products, please contact us to inquire about delivery and shipping fees.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It usually arrives within 7–15 working days.
How long will it take to dispatch the order?

Shipments usually take 1–3 working days.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery address. Once you enter your address, the system will automatically calculate and display the applicable shipping cost.
Do you ship Worldwide?

Unfortunately, we only ship to some countries by now.

However, we are also considering shipping it worldwide, so please follow our social media accounts for updates.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses in the United States and China.
Where should I apply a discount code?

You could apply your discount code by entering it on the checkout page.
Does the connected WiFi support 5GHz?

Currently, it only supports 2.4GHz. Dual-band WiFi that supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz is also compatible. If your home WiFi is currently set to 5GHz only, you can contact your router service provider to enable 2.4GHz.
