Shipping policy

Kactoily's products are currently shipped by air or land.

US orders are usually shipped by UPS. In most other countries, product transportation is usually carried out by UPS, DHL or other local express company.

Processing and shipping orders from our warehouses typically take 1–3 working days.

It usually takes 7–15 working days for a package to arrive in most countries.

For customers who are not in any of these countries but would like to purchase our products, please contact us to inquire about delivery and shipping fees.

Delivery addresses need to be accurate and complete.

It will not be possible for us to change your shipping address once your order has been processed or shipped. Please email services@kactoily.com within 6 hours of placing your order if you want to change or cancel it.

Whenever a package is returned to us because an address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, we will notify you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional fee.
