Please check if the purified water or distilled water you are using for calibration is free of minerals.
Why does the drinking water tester always show a score of '100 Excellent', no matter what water is tested?
Please ensure that the protective cap on the probe has been removed before testing.
The cap will block the sensor from detecting actual water quality.
What kind of water can I use for calibration?
Please use purified water with no minerals or distilled water for calibration.
What is the difference between purified water and mineral water?
Purified water is free of minerals, which ensures accurate calibration.
Only use purified water labeled as “purified” or “100% pure” without added minerals (e.g., Nestle, DASANI) for calibration.
Do not use mineral water (e.g., Evian, Perrier), as it contains minerals that can interfere with calibration.
