Pourquoi y a-t-il des marques blanches sur la sonde lorsque j'ai reçu le produit ? Ce produit a-t-il été utilisé ?
Pas du tout.
The white marks are from the protective solution we applied to the sealed protective cover to help preserve the probe.
The protective solution is saturated, volatile, and easy to crystallize. Once the solution has overflowed and volatilized, it appears as white crystals. Simply rinse the probe gently with clean water to remove the crystals and ensure proper functionality.
Mesure-t-il le chlore libre ou le chlore total ?
Chlore libre.
Le chlore libre est la quantité de chlore disponible pour éliminer les microbes nuisibles et neutraliser les contaminants.
Que signifie l'affichage de " !" à l'écran ?
It means that the display and probe have been disconnected.In this case, the display cannot receive data from the probe. Please shorten the distance between the display and the probe.
