What if the probe is broken?
Firstly, we offer a 12-month warranty for the probe and an 18-month warranty for the display.
With a split sensor and display design, if the probe breaks, you can replace it instead of replacing the whole device.
How deep do I need to place the probe underwater?
The depth of the probe into the water needs to be placed between the highest and lowest water levels.
Do I need to calibrate it when I receive the monitor?
We recommend you calibrate the pH before use.
What does it mean if it shows "!" on the monitor?
It means that the display and probe have been disconnected.
In this case, the display cannot receive data from the probe. Please shorten the distance between the display and the probe.
Does the monitor emit current into the water when collecting, processing, and sending data? Will it affect the fish?
Not at all!
We use high-frequency forward and reverse pulses that don't send an electric current into the water.
