We support 30-day returns and exchanges without reason if you purchase through our official website. In order to quickly solve your problem, you can submit a return and exchange application through the form below.

Note:

If there is a problem with the product quality, we provide free returns and exchanges, and we will bear the shipping costs.

If it's not related with the product quality, you have to pay for shipping costs, and ensure there are no obvious signs of usage or damage to the product.

We will process the return and exchange requirement within 7 working days after receiving your request. And the refund will be refunded within 3-5 working days after the refund application is approved.

A refund can be requested for undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Returns must include the original packaging, the original product, all accessories, the user manual, etc.
  2. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and we refund the product cost.
  3. For quality related warranty claims, we are responsible for shipping costs, and we refund the product cost.
  4. If the product does not meet the above requirements, we cannot process your return request.

*We cannot process a refund request for non-quality issues for items with an expired warranty period (30 days after receiving the goods).

Product issues that occur under normal use of the product after making a purchase through Kactoily official website.

You can contact Kactoily customer support for technical guidance if you purchased from Kactoily retailers listed on our official website. However, we are unable to deal with after-sales issues for products purchased through other channels such as Amazon.

Not Covered by This Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time.
  • Products without proof of purchase (the order number or a screenshot of the order).
  • Used products sold by any seller
  • Products purchased from unauthorized distributors and retailers.
  • Purchases made through any channel other than the official website such as Amazon.
  • If the model number, PN code, or production date code has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Products that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of receiving the goods). Kactoily customer support will check and confirm if your product has a quality issue.
  • Free products (such as giveaways).
  • Damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Kactoily.
  • Damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to animal bites, natural disasters, transportation, etc.
  • Damages or defects exceeding the product cost.
  • Damages caused by connecting to peripheral devices, additional equipment, or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual.
  • The warranty period remains the same for an item we have provided warranty service for as long as this original defective item is still under warranty. Maintenance service is not available for items that have expired their original warranties.

During the warranty period, Kactoily will provide one of the following solutions in accordance with the warranty policy:

  1. Fully or partially refund based on the actual situation.
  2. Maintenance defect.
  3. Replace with the same product.
