Nope, the monitor is ready to be used upon receipt. 

The monitor should then be calibrated every 6 months thereafter since any monitor will produce errors over time.

How to disconnect the monitor from my phone?

Long press the right button for 3 seconds to disconnect your phone from the monitor.

How to connect to another phone when the old one is not used anymore?

  1. Please download the software ’Tuya‘ and complete the registration on your new cell phone in advance.
  2. Long press the middle connection button for 3 seconds and release it.
  3. You will hear three beeps, which means the monitor is in connection mode.
  4. Just click on 'Water Monitor' that appears in the ’Tuya‘ APP on your new phone.

2. Restore factory settings.

3. Re-calibration with calibration buffers.
